Shipping policy
At Velano, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every timepiece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your Velano watch. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The watch is in its original, unworn condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• The item has not been engraved, modified, or damaged
• Proof of purchase is provided
3. Return Shipping
Velano covers all return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Simply pack your item securely and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your watch for a different model or size, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also be requested within the 30-day return window.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Personalized or engraved watches
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items returned after the 30-day period
